David Gerovac
CEO
David’s comprehensive project portfolio ranges from a $4 million, 6-story historic building renovation to the ground-up construction of a 43,000 square foot fitness club. And he’s done everything in between. Projects include school district buildings, large-scale retail, restaurants and hotels for clients such as Barnes & Noble, El Con Mall, Reid Park Zoo and LA Fitness. He manages an innovative and experienced project team of designers, supervisors and craftsman who are committed to completing your project on time and on budget.
Terry Jenni
Executive Vice President
Terry has been in the construction industry for over 21 years. His experience includes hospitals, mid-rise commercial/residential combinations, hotels, custom homes, office buildings, microchip fabrication and clean room facilities, schools, restaurants, multifamily housing and tenant improvements. Terry also has experience building in harsh weather conditions from sub-freezing temperatures in Fairbank, AK to extreme heat in Lake Havasu, AZ.
Brad Davis
With over 30 years of diverse construction experience, Brad Davis has built an impressive career from the ground up. Starting in high school, Brad developed a passion for construction by taking drafting courses and founding a construction program at his school. His hands-on experience spans a wide range of trades, from labor to carpentry, drywall, and marble flooring, leading him to serve as a Superintendent on both residential and commercial projects.
Brad’s dedication to continuous learning led him to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the DE Webb School of Construction, part of the Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. Throughout his career, Brad has excelled in roles ranging from Project Manager and Junior Estimator to Estimator, Pre-Construction Manager, and now District Vice President. His deep expertise and leadership have been key to driving successful project outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence in every phase of construction.
