With decades of commercial construction experience, David has led projects across hospitality, retail, restaurants, historic renovation, and institutional work, including builds for Barnes & Noble, El Con Mall, Reid Park Zoo, and LA Fitness. He leads an experienced project team of designers, supervisors, and craftsmen committed to completing every project on time and on budget.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Terry brings more than 21 years of construction experience to Canyon. His portfolio spans hospitals, mid-rise commercial/residential combinations, hotels, custom homes, office buildings, microchip fabrication and clean-room facilities, schools, restaurants, multifamily housing, and tenant improvements. He's built in some of the harshest conditions in North America, from sub-freezing temperatures in Fairbanks, Alaska to extreme heat in Lake Havasu, Arizona.

BRAD DAVIS
DISTRICT VICE PRESIDENT
With over 30 years of diverse construction experience, Brad has built an impressive career from the ground up. Starting in high school, where he took drafting courses and founded a construction program, his hands-on experience spans labor, carpentry, drywall, and marble flooring, leading him to serve as a Superintendent on both residential and commercial projects. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the DE Webb School of Construction, part of the Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. He has excelled in roles from Project Manager and Junior Estimator to Estimator, Pre-Construction Manager, and now District Vice President, driving successful project outcomes and a culture of excellence in every phase of construction.

VP OF GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT
With decades of industry experience, Daniel brings a project-first discipline to Canyon's global development pursuits. His background spans senior project management on complex commercial builds, with a track record in strategic project management and sales operations. As Vice President of Global Development, Daniel leads Canyon's strategic growth initiatives across the Canyon Energy and Building & Design platforms.
